Andrew Ludzioweit
Director / Builder
Andrew is Canberra born and raised. Since completing his carpentry apprenticeship with MBA, Andrew obtained his builder's licence and started CPP with Jonathan. Andrew is onsite from start to finish ensuring efficiency and a top-quality product.
Jonathan Charles
Director
Jonathan has been in and around the building game for over 15 years. Prior to CPP, Jonathan completed many of his own developments. Jonathan's real estate background gives him unparalleled knowledge in all things property.
Matthew Bartholomew
Project Manager
Matthew Bartholomew has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a carpentry apprenticeship completed in 2009 and his building licence obtained in 2019. As a Project Manager at Complete Property Projects, Matt combines hands-on construction expertise with strong project management skills to oversee each build with clear communication, efficiency and a commitment to quality from concept to completion.

Matthew is Complete Property Projects' in-house designer. He is the person who helps turn a client’s ideas into a clear, thoughtful design that’s ready to build. What makes Matthew such an asset to the Complete Property Projects team, is how seamlessly he works with our construction team. He has an amazing ability to be able to understand how people live in their homes and translate that into layouts, selections and concepts that feel natural and genuinely personalised.
